Copywriter on Call: Terms of Purchase

Before you join, there are a few things you need to know about what you’re purchasing, what you can expect and the support you’ll get from me. Please read the terms below, and if you have any questions once you’ve finished, please don’t hesitate to get in touch. I’d be happy to chat further.

The terms and conditions set out below apply to your purchase of Copywriter on Call offered by Moors Marketing Ltd. Please read them carefully, as they affect your rights and liabilities under law and set out the terms under which Nicola Moors (“I”, “me” or “my”) provides services to you, as purchaser of Copywriter on Call. These terms are subject to any rights you have under consumer law to which I am bound and which cannot be waived.

Membership Outline

Copywriter on Call is a copy review membership starting on Monday 2 November 2026. Your membership includes:

2 copy reviews per month, delivered in the 1st and 3rd week of each month by Loom video or Google Doc comments. Each review includes line-by-line suggestions and edits, plus overall feedback on your offer and positioning.
A monthly live Q&A session on Google Meet, with a replay shared after every session
Access to my templates
6-month members only: one 60-minute 1:1 strategy call with me

To receive a review in a given review week, you must submit your copy by [DEADLINE, e.g. 5pm UK time on the Monday of that week]. Each review covers [one piece of copy, e.g. one sales page or one email sequence of up to X emails]. Reviews not used in a given month do not roll over to the following month.

The 1:1 strategy call for 6-month members must be booked and taken within your 6-month membership term. If it is not used within that term, it will expire.

Scope of Services

This is a copy review and advisory service. I will provide feedback, suggested edits and strategic direction on the copy you submit. It does not include copywriting, full rewrites or copy production from scratch. Implementing my suggestions remains your responsibility. If you require copywriting services, these are available separately and additional charges will apply.

There is no Slack, Voxer or other async support included in this membership. Questions between reviews can be brought to the monthly live Q&A.

Results

It is not possible to guarantee specific results or revenue outcomes. The feedback and guidance I provide are based on my professional experience and expertise. Results will depend on how you apply my feedback and the effort you put in.

Payment Terms

Copywriter on Call is available in two options:

Monthly membership: $197 USD per month. Your first payment is taken at the time of purchase, and subsequent payments are taken monthly on the same date. The monthly membership has a minimum term of 3 months, meaning you agree to pay a minimum of 3 monthly payments ($591 USD in total). After your third payment, your membership will continue on a rolling monthly basis until you cancel. Cancelling during the minimum term does not release you from the remaining payments in that term.

6-month membership: $997 USD, paid in full at the time of purchase. Your membership runs for 6 months from 2 November 2026. At the end of the 6 months, your membership will end unless you choose to continue on the monthly membership.

If a payment fails, I will contact you, and your access to reviews and the live Q&A will be paused until payment is made. Any outstanding payments within your minimum term remain due.

All purchases are final (please see below for details about refunds).

Recording

The monthly live Q&A will be recorded and the replay shared with all members. If you speak or appear on camera, you consent to being included in the recording. If you’d prefer not to appear, you’re welcome to keep your camera off and use the chat instead.

Support

Should you require any technical support, I am happy to help you get up and running. Please submit a support request at https://nicolamoors.com/support and you will receive a reply within 72 hours, excluding weekends and public holidays.

You may wish to work with me further. I am a brand voice and conversion copywriter who helps course creators, coaches and service providers get paid to be themselves online. Privacy and Confidentiality

Your privacy and the protection of your personal data are important to me. I will keep your personal data confidential and will never share it with unconnected third parties. Your payment information will be processed by a secure third-party processor. I will be provided with your name and email address but never with your financial information.

Any copy you submit for review will be kept confidential and will not be shared with anyone else without your permission.

Refunds and Cancellation

As you are purchasing 1:1 copy reviews and personal feedback from me, there are no refunds. In purchasing this service, you are waiving your rights to a refund unless the statutory circumstances for refunds are met.

To cancel your monthly membership after the 3-month minimum term, email hello@nicolamoors.com at least [7] days before your next payment date. Your access will continue until the end of the month you’ve paid for.

Intellectual Property

You will be provided with materials, including templates. At all times, even following purchase, the intellectual property rights and copyright connected with those materials remain with me, Moors Marketing Limited. You have the right to use the materials as learning tools and to use the templates in your own business, but you are not permitted to duplicate, imitate or provide copies of the materials to third parties, whether for free or as part of a sale.

The copy you submit remains yours, and you are free to use any edits and suggestions I make to it in your own business.

Feedback and Complaints

If you have any feedback about the membership, please do share it with me. It’s always great to receive words of praise, and it’s helpful to get constructive comments too. I really hope you love Copywriter on Call as much as I do, but if you would like to make a complaint, please make it in writing to hello@nicolamoors.com.

These written terms shall constitute the entire agreement between us.

If any provision or part-provision of these terms and conditions is or becomes invalid, illegal or unenforceable, it shall be deemed modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it valid, legal and enforceable. If such modification is not possible, the relevant provision or part-provision shall be deemed deleted. Any such modification or deletion shall not affect the validity and enforceability of the rest of these terms and conditions.

These terms are governed by English law. The Courts of England & Wales have exclusive jurisdiction over any matter and proceedings arising out of your purchase of Copywriter on Call.
